Founded in 2021 by Thor and Herlyn Gomez, Palpitate Coffee is a dream turned reality. Initially hindered by funding, the couple dedicated themselves to learning about coffee, attending trainings, and gathering inspiration. Their journey led them to fall in love with coffee culture. The brand’s name, “Palpitate” originates from Thor’s coffee-induced palpitations.
